Via Cavour is seeking a Full-Time Executive Assistant to join our team. Experienced operations and administrative experience is preferred.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Coordinate with Suppliers, Customers, Media, and various other contacts.
Administrative Support :
College Diploma or higher in related field .
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years experience in retail and customer service
Available to work weekends
Via Cavour is seeking a Full-Time Style Advisor to join our team. Experienced sales candidates with an existing customer base is preferred.
Develop and utilize product knowledge and interpersonal skills to meet or exceed retail sales and customer service goals
Establish and develop strong personal client relationships
Maintain retail floor and stock areas consistent with Company standards
Ensure new merchandise is unpacked and appropriately displayed in a timely manner
Follow procedures for all operations including inventory, product receipt, retail sales, exchanges and returns
Experience with menswear made-to-measure tailoring preferred
Required proficiency with standard office productivity software and tools
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and occasional after-hour events
