Over the years, a number of our clients have worked directly with Paolo Scafora to develop pieces that exist entirely on their own terms not drawn from a collection, but built from a conversation.

Each begins the same way.
A last. A leather. A point of view.

From there, it moves slowly.

Proportions are adjusted.
Materials are reconsidered.
Details are refined sometimes subtly, sometimes completely reimagined.

What emerges is not simply a shoe, but a reflection of the individual behind it.

No two are the same.

Some lean classic; black calf, restrained, precise.
Others move into something more personal; textured leathers, softened shapes, unexpected combinations that would never exist otherwise.

These are not pieces that can be replicated.
They are one of one.

For two days, this process returns to Via Cavour.
